Mediterranean Inspired Feast

Join your hosts, Caroline from Caroline’s Creative Interiors and Anna from Anna Louise Cakes + Cater, in a Mediterranean inspired Easter Feast cooking demonstration & meal.

The evening will be broken into two parts.

The first part of the evening will be a cooking demonstration of a Mediterranean inspired feast just in time for Easter.

Anna, a chef with 15 + years industry experience, will be preparing simple, flavourful food inspired by the simplicity of Italian cooking.

With breads, dips & an antipasto inspired platter to start, we'll then prepare an assortment of side dishes to accompany a Tuscan inspired Lamb Rack.

For dessert a classic Italian pairing of orange and almond.

The aim is to share with you something that you can recreate easily in your own home to share with family and friends over the Easter break.

With tips and tricks from Anna, plenty of delightful conversation from Caroline and a laugh or two shared along the way.

A full recipe booklet will be provided to you to take home.

The second part of the evening is where you then join Caroline & Anna for dinner, at the beautiful table Caroline has set for us, where we can all sit and dine together, enjoying the meal that was demonstrated.

Caroline's gorgeous gift store will be open from 5pm, with our demonstration commencing with nibbles from 6pm.

Please allow approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Inclusions;

Your ticket includes nibbles on arrival, the cooking demonstration, a meal & dessert, cold beverages and a tea or barista coffee to finish.
