It's that time of year again!

This year I have three different Christmas Cakes on offer.

The first is a traditional style Brandy soaked Fruitcake, the second my signature Apricot, Fig & Walnut soaked in Drambuie and making its debut this year as a limited edition flavour a Macadamia & Ginger fruit cake soaked in Grand Marnier.

Each cake is 5" and weighs approx. 750g, you'll get around 18 finger serves from each.

Your choice of Un-Iced or Naked cakes as I like to call them or Iced in the traditional way of almond icing covered in a white icing.

All cakes below are PRE ORDER ONLY, please select from the drop down menu when ordering the desired week for collection/delivery, these are the weeks commencing 1st, 8th & 15th December I will be in touch closer to the time to arrange this with you for the chosen week.

The Brandy and Drambuie Cakes will also be available to purchase from Carolines Design and Desire Boutique, 613 Fitzherbert East Road, Aokautere from mid November onwards. I will have a regular supply heading her way.

Please note, the Grand Marnier and No Added Gluten/Dairy cakes are limited editions and will only be available from the 15th December onwards.
